We have 3 different shipping options to meet our customer's needs, we are very flexible and offer 3 options, Drop Off, Collect & Return and Ship it yourself.
Drop Off: We will book you in for a UPS Collection point then send you an email with a label attached, after that you can take it to your local UPS Drop Off Point after you hand your parcel over with the label attached, UPS will collect it

Collect & Return: We will arrange a Collect & Return to your preferred address, all you have to do is package the drone up and the courier will collect it then label it, after that it gets delivered to us next day.
Ship It Yourself: This option you are fully flexible you can post the parcel to us whenever, all we ask is for some details to be enclosed inside the box so we can register the drone to the right person.
We offer a 24 Hour Turn around repair service, this will be from when it arrives in our repair centre. So from when it arrives in 24 Hours the drone will have a diagnostic check, the initial repair which could take up multiple hours and after the repair is completed the drone will then be taken to our private test field and various tests will be carried out and assessed. If all the tests show positive results then we will get it back the repair centre and contact you to inform you that we have completed the work then an invoice will be sent over and the drone will be returned back to you.

We offer free quotations when we diagnose the issue, then we will call the number you have opted for and get your approval so we can go ahead with the repair. We will give you regular updates on your drone with options for possible upgrades. We will require you to fill out our repair form with the correct details, once you have completed the form you will receive a confirmation email
We will book a collection to your preferred date, make sure the drone it well packaged and details are in the box on arrival of collection
We will run some diagnostic tests, once we have completed the tests you will receive a notification from us with a quote and your approval
The repair will be carried out once approved, estimated turnaround time 7 working days but in busy periods up to 12 working days
Once repaired we will test fly your drone to make sure we have fixed any issues with the drone and to make sure it’s as good as new.
Once repaired we will package the drone up safely with all the items you included and return it to you with next day delivery.
