The Phantom 4 Pro Plus controller has an integrated Lightbridge HD video transmission system which adds 5.8GHz transmission support. The Pro Plus handset also allows you to switch between 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz which allows the pilot to cut through any interference and clears image lag when flying in an area with extensive 2.4GHz frequency use. This feature will ensure the best range of a maximum video transmission of 4.3miles. The screen on this handset is a 5.5 inch 1080p which offers 1000cd/m2 of brightness, twice as bright and conventional smart devices. A mobile device is no longer required to control your Phantom!
Because the DJI Go app is intergrated within the screen DJI have ensured that the hardware and software is fully optimised so you shouldn't get any video lag. The handset has all the ports you need for file transferring such as, MicroSD, HDMI, microphone, loudspeaker and WiFi connection, the hadnset also has a 5 hour battery life which is more than enough to capture you're best moments!
