Delivery and Returns

All deliveries are bound by the courier or royal mail delivery times and cannot be 100% guaranteed, we will do everything in our power to ensure your purchase is picked, packed and issued to the correct delivery service in a timely manner, after that we are in the hands of the selected courier for the final delivery.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all our items that are UNUSED and in their original packaging. Should you receive an item from us that you believe to be faulty, please contact us first to to allow us to confirm / diagnose the fault and in many cases we can provide an immediate solution.

All refunds are at our discretion and will only be issued once we have received the returned item(s) and are satisfied that they are in unused condition. We advise that all returned items should to be sent recorded / signed for and insured to the correct product value as The Drone Worx cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. Please be aware that any refunds will not include your return postage cost.

If you wish to return any item(s) please contact us first at 'info@thedroneworx.co.uk' for a 'Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)' number. When shipping your item, please ensure your RMA number displayed on the return packaging and included with the item inside the returned packaging. This will ensure that your return is dealt with in a prompt manner. Failure to obtain an RMA number may significantly delay any action required.
